Cancellation

You may cancel your Musóna subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.

How to Cancel

Web subscribers:
  • Sign in to your account at musona.app
  • Go to your Profile page
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Follow the cancellation flow
Email cancellation:

If you can't access your account or prefer to cancel by email, contact us at support@musona.app with your account email and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

Mobile subscribers (Android, iOS):

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be cancelled through those platforms' subscription management settings. We cannot cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Musóna does not issue refunds for completed subscription payments. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active and you will continue to have full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier and no further charges will be made.

Why no refunds?

Because cancellation always preserves your access through the end of the period you've already paid for, you never lose value. If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 5, you keep Plus or Premium features for the remaining 25 days. Annual subscribers keep access for the remainder of the year.

Where required by law:

We honor refunds where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require them (for example, EU and UK consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under certain conditions). To request a legally-required refund, email support@musona.app with your account email and the reason for your request.

Free Trials:

Where free trials are offered (such as the 3-day Founding Member trial), your subscription will automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires — once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.

Disputes

If you have any issue with billing or your subscription, please contact us first at support@musona.app. We respond to all billing inquiries within 1 business day and will work to resolve issues directly. We strongly prefer to resolve concerns through customer support rather than payment disputes or chargebacks.
