Overview

Musóna takes content complaints seriously. This page explains how to report violations, request content removal, and what to expect after you submit a report.

1. Reporting a Violation

You can report a content violation in any of the following ways:Please include as much detail as possible: a description of the content, when it occurred, and your account information if applicable.

2. Content Removal Requests

To request removal of specific content:
  • Describe the content and where it appears.
  • Explain the basis for removal (illegal content, policy violation, non-consensual synthetic media, etc.).
  • Provide your contact information so we can follow up.

3. Response Timeline

We review all complaints and respond within 5 business days. Urgent matters involving illegal content — including apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — are escalated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

4. Non-Consensual Synthetic Media

If you believe AI-generated content on Musóna depicts your likeness without your consent, contact us immediately. We will investigate and remove confirmed non-consensual synthetic media promptly.
