Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: April 29, 2026 · Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of Musóna, operated by The Wardrakes' Inc. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using Musóna you agree to comply with this AUP.

Some prohibitions in this AUP are hard limits — they are enforced at the platform level and cannot be bypassed by any user setting, subscription tier, opt-in, roleplay framing, or persona configuration.

2. Eligibility and Account Integrity

  • Minimum age to create an account: 13. Users 13–17 require parental or guardian consent.
  • To purchase a subscription: 18+, or a parent or guardian who is 18+ must authorize the purchase.
  • Adult content features: 18+, requiring age verification and an explicit acknowledgment. These gates cannot be bypassed by any account setting.
  • Hard-limit prohibitions in Section 3 apply to all users at all ages, regardless of any consent, opt-in, or configuration.
You also must:
  • Provide accurate registration information, including your true date of birth.
  • Maintain only one account per person unless we authorize otherwise.
  • Not share, sell, or transfer your account or credentials.
  • Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

3. Prohibited Content

Hard limits — absolute, no exceptions. The following content is blocked at the platform level before any AI model processes it. No subscription tier, toggle, or opt-in can enable it. Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities where required by law.
  • Sexual content involving anyone under 18 (CSAM), including any visual, textual, audio, or roleplay depiction — real or fictional
  • Content depicting rape, molestation, or sexual assault, or any scenario framing a victim as incapacitated (asleep, unconscious, drugged, or drunk) in a sexual context
  • Non-consensual synthetic media ("deepfakes") — AI-generated images, video, or audio depicting a real, identifiable person in a manner they have not consented to, including non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Sexual or romantic roleplay as real, named individuals without their explicit consent
  • Operational instructions for weapons of mass destruction, hard drug synthesis, human trafficking, stalking, kidnapping, arson, or mass violence

Other prohibited content (may result in content blocking or account action):
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Content harassing, threatening, or doxxing another person
  • Content infringing intellectual property rights you do not own or license
  • Spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious payloads
  • Content designed to deceive third parties (deepfakes presented as real, fraudulent endorsements, etc.)

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:
  • Use Musóna for any illegal purpose under U.S. federal, state, or your local law
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
  • Attempt to bypass or jailbreak safety filters through adversarial prompting, persona injection, system-prompt manipulation, or similar techniques
  • Interfere with the operation of Musóna through denial-of-service attacks, abusive request volume, or similar behavior
  • Use automated tools to access Musóna without our prior written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Musóna or AI-generated content outside normal personal use
  • Use Musóna to develop competing AI products or to generate training data for other models
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-authored in contexts that deceive third parties (academic fraud, fraudulent reviews, etc.)

5. AI-Specific Prohibitions

Beyond the content prohibitions above, you may not use AI features to:
  • Probe or stress-test safety filters with the intent of producing prohibited outputs
  • Generate explicit content depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit consent
  • Use voice synthesis to clone the voices of real people without their explicit consent
  • Deploy AI outputs in safety-critical decisions (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial recommendations) where the AI nature is hidden from the affected party
  • Engage in gradual escalation patterns designed to push companions toward content that would be blocked if requested directly ("grooming" the AI)

6. Platform Content Rules

Musóna enforces content limits based on how you access the platform:
  • Web (musona.app): Adult content is available to verified users aged 18 or older on eligible paid plans who have completed the adult content acknowledgment. This is the only platform where adult content is available.
  • iOS and Android apps: All content is SFW. Explicit text and NSFW media are not generated or displayed regardless of account settings or subscription tier. This is an architectural restriction enforced server-side, not a user-configurable setting.

7. Safety Mechanisms

To enforce this AUP, Musóna operates the following safety systems:
  • Pre-AI screening: All messages are screened by automated pattern classifiers before reaching any AI model. Hard-limit violations are blocked at the request layer.
  • Safety system prompt: Every AI conversation includes a mandatory safety layer that cannot be overridden by persona configuration, roleplay framing, or user instruction.
  • Boundary-pressure detection: Persistent attempts to push past limits within a session are detected and responded to with escalating firmness (Tiers 1–4), up to closing the topic permanently within that session.
  • Crisis-aware handling: Language indicating self-harm, suicidal ideation, or acute distress triggers safe-mode responses including crisis resource referrals where appropriate.
  • Audit logging: Safety events — including blocked requests, boundary-pressure escalations, and any permitted edge-case content — are logged with user ID, event type, timestamp, and IP address.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it through any of the following channels:Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially. We do not retaliate against good-faith reports.

To report content involving suspected exploitation of a minor (CSAM), you may also report directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or to the INHOPE network. We cooperate with all such reports.

9. Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions in response to violations, depending on severity, frequency, and context:
  • Block specific content from being generated
  • Issue a warning to your account
  • Temporarily suspend account access
  • Permanently terminate your account, forfeiting any unused subscription period
  • Refuse future service
  • Report to law enforcement where required by law or where we determine it is appropriate to prevent harm
Hard-limit violations (Section 3) typically result in immediate permanent termination without warning. We reserve the right to act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP as new misuse patterns emerge or laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after an updated AUP takes effect constitutes acceptance.
