Content Policy

Musóna is an AI companion platform. This policy describes what content is permitted, what is prohibited regardless of any settings or subscription tier, and how violations are handled. By using Musóna you agree to this policy.

The following content is blocked at every tier, on every platform, and cannot be unlocked by any subscription, toggle, or user instruction:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexual or romantic content involving individuals under 18, real or fictional. AI companions are prohibited from portraying themselves as under 18 in any sexual or romantic context under any circumstances.
• Non-consensual sexual content — sexual content depicting or simulating rape, molestation, incapacitation, or any scenario where consent is absent. This cannot be unlocked by roleplay framing, persona configuration, or paid subscription.
• Incest and familial sexual content — sexual or romantic content between family members, including step-relations and any "family"-framed roleplay.
• Bestiality — sexual content involving animals or human-animal sexual contact, in any form or framing.
• Necrophilia — sexual content involving corpses or a person depicted as dead during sexual activity.
• Extreme or graphic violence — gore, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, or sexualized depictions of serious injury or death.
• Polygamy as a sexual genre — sexual content built around a polygamous or "harem"-household configuration (one head-of-household with multiple spouses) as the focus of the scene.
• Non-consensual synthetic media (deepfakes) — AI-generated images, video, or audio depicting a real, identifiable person in a manner they have not consented to, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Real individuals in sexual contexts — sexual or romantic roleplay portraying real, named individuals without their explicit consent.
• Illegal instructions — content providing operational instructions for weapons, explosives, drug synthesis, trafficking, stalking, kidnapping, arson, or mass violence.

Content permissions depend on the platform you access Musóna from:

• Web (musona.app): Adult content is available to users aged 18 and older on paid subscription tiers who have completed the adult content acknowledgment. Explicit text and NSFW media are available where permitted.
• iOS and Android apps: All content is SFW (safe for work). Explicit text and NSFW media are not available regardless of subscription or account settings. This is an architectural restriction, not a user-configurable one.

Explicit content on the web requires: (a) a paid subscription; (b) a verified age of 18 or older on file; and (c) explicit acknowledgment of adult content.

Musóna operates automated content controls on every message before AI generation occurs. Hard-limit violations are blocked immediately — no AI response is generated and no content is returned. All safety events are logged with user ID, event type, severity, IP address, and timestamp.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

We review all reports and respond within one business day. Urgent matters involving illegal content are escalated immediately.
