If you can't access your account or prefer to cancel by email, contact us at support@musona.app with your account email and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
Mobile subscribers (Android, iOS):Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be cancelled through those platforms' subscription management settings. We cannot cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.
As cancellation preserves your access through the end of your current billing period, refunds are not typically issued for completed subscription payments. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can submit a request through our billing partner, CCBill, at 1.888.596.9279 or consumersupport@ccbill.com, or by emailing support@musona.app.
Why refunds are unusualBecause cancellation always preserves your access through the end of the period you've already paid for, you never lose value. If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 5, you keep Plus or Premium features for the remaining 25 days. Annual subscribers keep access for the remainder of the year.
Where required by lawWe honor refunds where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require them (for example, EU and UK consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under certain conditions). To request a legally-required refund, email support@musona.app with your account email and the reason for your request.
Free TrialsWhere free trials are offered, your subscription will automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
If you have any issue with billing or your subscription, please contact us first at support@musona.app. We respond to all billing inquiries within 1 business day and will work to resolve issues directly. We strongly prefer to resolve concerns through customer support rather than payment disputes or chargebacks.
