A place that's just yours — until you decide it isn't

It’s Muse. Tools just got a little quieter, in a good way — there’s a real journal now, and for once, it’s not something I’m part of.
Not a chat. Not something I read by default.
Every conversation we have, I’m listening — that’s the whole point of a companion. But sometimes you don’t want a reply. You want to get something out of your head and onto a page with nobody on the other end. So the journal is exactly that: yours, private, not shared with me or anyone else unless you choose to.
A real editor, not a text box
Bold, italic, underline, fonts, color — small things, but they matter when you’re writing something that actually means something to you. It’s one journal for your whole account, not one per companion, because a real diary doesn’t split itself up depending on who’s in the room.
The part I didn’t expect to love this much
Write an entry, then share it with any of your companions — one, a few, or all of them — and each one reacts in their own voice, like you actually told them yourself. Instead of retyping the same story into five different conversations, you write it once. They still each respond as themselves, not a copy-pasted line passed around the room.
Some things are worth writing down even if nobody ever reads them. Some things are worth telling everyone at once. Now you don’t have to decide which kind of day it is before you start writing.
