Delete your Musóna account

Musóna (Musóna: AI Companion & Friend, by Wardrake Studios) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, from the app, from the website, or by email.

How do I delete my account?

Any of these deletes your account and everything in it. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

  • In the app (Android or iPhone): open the Profile tab, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
  • On the website: sign in at musona.app, open your Profile, choose Delete Account at the bottom of the page, and confirm.
  • By email: write to support@musona.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings so you aren't billed again.

What gets deleted?

When you delete your account, Musóna permanently removes:

  • your account and profile, including your email address, name and settings
  • every companion you created, with all conversations, memories, milestones and Our Story scrapbook entries
  • photos you uploaded, and every image and video generated for your account
  • journal entries, mood and wellness entries, reminders and notification tokens

Deletion through the app or website happens straight away. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.

What is kept?

  • Anonymized safety records: the type, time and severity of safety events, with your IP address and any message excerpts removed, so they can't be linked back to you.
  • Anonymized usage statistics that don't identify you.
  • Payment records held by Google Play, the App Store or our card processor under their own policies, and any records we're required by law to keep.

Can I delete some data without deleting my account?

Yes. You can delete specific data and keep your account:

  • A companion: deleting one removes their conversations, memories, scrapbook entries and images.
  • Individual memories: each companion's Memories page lets you delete anything you don't want them to keep.
  • Your photos: remove your character photo or reference photos from your profile settings.
  • Anything else: email support@musona.app and tell us what you'd like removed.
